Experienced Professional Bartender

Responsibilities of the position include:

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant customers
  Interact with customers, take orders, and serve from the standard menu

• Assess customers’ needs and preferences, make recommendations, and upsell when appropriate

• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails

• Validate customers’ identification and confirm their legal drinking age

• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies

• Maintain a focus on providing an excellent customer experience

• Comply with all food and beverage regulations and brand standards (SOPs)

• Conduct periodic spot checks to ensure stock is being properly managed

• Manage stock in the bar area

• Ensure cleanliness in all bar areas and storerooms

• Control glassware and equipment to minimise breakages while using equipment responsibly and correctly

Requirements:

• Previous bartending experience

• Friendly and highly motivated

• Efficient in providing excellent service to guests

• Reporting to the General Manager.
