Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring daily store operational requirements are met
- Supervising staff and ensuring effective communication between staff and management
- Ensuring store hygiene, maintenance, health, and safety requirements are met
- Maintaining beverage cost, food costs, and stock control within specified ranges
- Being on duty for busy shifts, weekends, and all functions
- Ensuring effective communication between staff and management
- Ensuring reports are issued timeously
Qualifications, experience, skills, and knowledge required:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Applicable degree or qualification
- Experience in dealing with high volume, in a similar environment is preferable
- Strong leadership ability and the ability to delegate and manage staff effectively
- Computer literate with experience in MICROS BOH Systems
- Tapas Style Restaurant experience is an advantage
- High attention to detail and process-driven with the ability to interpret statistical information
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with all levels of management
- Ability to multitask and make decisions under pressure
- Discretion and integrity
- High stress tolerance
